1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and jilpg ("jilpg", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the website located at jilpg.cam and all associated services (collectively, the "Service", "Platform").

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the jilpg Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and may not create an account or engage in any gaming activities on the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account and use the jilpg Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines. If you are accessing the Service from outside the Philippines, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations governing online gambling in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the jilpg Platform. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number.

jilpg reserves the right to verify your identity and request supporting documentation at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and verification of payment methods. You agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jilpg immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jilpg shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account that occurs before you have notified us of such unauthorized access.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

All financial transactions on the jilpg Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We accept deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jilpg does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits originate from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made through your account dashboard using approved withdrawal methods. We process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on our website, typically within two (2) hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within four (4) to twelve (12) hours for bank transfers during business days.

jilpg reserves the right to verify your identity and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your own name.

You may only withdraw funds that represent your actual balance minus any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Funds derived from bonuses subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied. jilpg reserves the right to reverse withdrawals if we detect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3.3 Fees and Charges

jilpg does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, we reserve the right to impose administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests, reversals, or if your payment provider charges fees. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before transaction completion.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 General Gaming Rules

All games offered on the jilpg Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through real-time video broadcast of actual gaming equipment. Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game or upon request from customer support.

You acknowledge that all games have a mathematical house edge and that gambling involves risk of loss. Outcomes are determined by chance, and no strategy or system guarantees winnings. You accept full responsibility for your gaming decisions and acknowledge that jilpg is not responsible for your wins or losses.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international laws
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to play games or place bets
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Depositing funds from stolen payment methods or funds derived from illegal activities
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without valid justification
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other players or jilpg staff

4.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, all affected bets and payouts are void. jilpg will refund original stakes for voided bets but is not liable for any potential winnings from malfunctioning games. You agree to report any suspected malfunction immediately to customer support.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

jilpg may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. These specific terms are displayed with each promotion and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any pattern of play that jilpg determines in its sole discretion to constitute abuse, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must bet before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires ₱20,000 in total bets. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements, as specified in the bonus terms.

jilpg reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, or refuse participation to any player at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect abuse or violation of terms.

6. Responsible Gaming

jilpg is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings.

If you believe you have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to seek help. Self-exclusion allows you to temporarily or permanently close your account. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, and we will not reopen it early even upon request. You acknowledge that gaming is intended for entertainment only and should not be viewed as a source of income. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose without affecting your financial obligations or quality of life.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jilpg Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of jilpg or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Service except as expressly permitted.

The jilpg name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to jilpg. Use of these marks without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the jilpg Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use of your information.

jilpg implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilpg and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Game outcomes, wins, or losses
• Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors

In no event shall jilpg's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jilpg and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification and provided no violations of these Terms exist. Closing your account does not absolve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

11.2 Termination by jilpg

jilpg reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to provide required verification documents
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Prolonged account inactivity

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from creating new accounts on the jilpg Platform.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and jilpg.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jilpg. All claims must be brought in an individual capacity.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilpg regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by jilpg of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and jilpg's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without jilpg's express written consent. jilpg may assign these Terms or delegate any of its obligations hereunder without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

jilpg shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
